Charlotte seems to want Timothy to play with her more and more. Here she has realized that she is just going to have to do what he does because he cannot do what she does.

Charlotte and her Papa went and got a Beta fish several weeks ago. C. loves feeding it and watching it-good luck little fishy

The new Tutu is a huge hit. Mama was thinking of making one but then our good friend Francis made us one, and saved Mama some time. C. Loves dancing and loves the tutu. It is sometimes put on right after her bath, which of course is prime dancing time. Although she can pull the tutu up in fromt she seems to have trouble gettingit over her hiney and often her bottom just sticks above the tutu (will try to get footage for all those who want a good laugh) :)

Preliminary Booties

So here are some preliminary booties. I need to change a few things in the pattern,but this is the basic idea for booties. These are fabric outers, fleece inners, and faux leather soles. I am also working on some wool boots that will be the same pattern but without the elastic.

Pals

Charlotte loves holding Timothy. He is enjoying it even more as she learns to be gentle. I measured the two of them the other day and she is only 4 inches longer than him, and a few pounds more. It will be interesting to see how long it takes before he passes her. Keep tuning in.

Sleeping peacefully.......

Timothy was so peacefully enjoying his catnap during the vice presidental debate. He obviously wasn't thinking much of either candidate and completely missed Palin's shoutout. When all of a sudden in the middle of his slumber, who should arrive but a mischievious, little, teeth-brushing monster. This little monster much preferring Timothy's awake state tried to pry his eyelids open! End of catnap.
